Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes optional
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. Grab a small bowl or jar to mix your spices.
  2. Add all the spices into the bowl or jar.
  3. Stir the mixture thoroughly with a spoon or shake the jar until well combined.
  4. Use immediately or store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.

Notes

Use about 2 tablespoons of seasoning per pound of ground meat, along with a splash of water. Great for seasoning vegetables, beans, soups, and even popcorn. Customize by adjusting spice levels or sodium. Store in a sealed jar and label it for future use.
